I was recently given the book, Framing Faith by Matt Knisely, to review on this blog. Matt is a world renowned photographer and creative director and is making his first attempt at book writing.
At first, I made an assumption, and it wasn’t fair. I assumed:
* since Matt was an incredible photographer, and I am not, that I wouldn’t get the gist of what he was going to communicate, because we probably speak different languages.
I was wrong!
Knisely not only was able to speak to me on a new level concerning many areas, but he did it in a way that was so understandable.
My major takeaway from this book (no spoilers, I promise), was to live in the moment and not take that moment for granted.
Being able to unplug at times from all of our distractions, can be challenging , but it can be so worth it.
I highly recommend you getting this book and for you to reflect on Knisely’s amazing words.
I rate this book a 5 out of 5
